134. Magnificent yield opportunity in REITs - Aug 2024? Real estate investment trusts made simple

One of our viewers asked about REITs and compared them to bonds. I always respect the decisions made by others. I did my own research and am sharing that with you. Remember to do your own work.

We will review how the market is coming along. We will then look specifically at REITs. Use a simple analogy to understand them, look at the various kinds of REITs and understand the impact of interest cuts on REITs.

We will look at which categories have performed the best. We will then compare the top 5 best performing REITs.

I will apply the Magnificent 7 criteria to REITs and see if any of them qualify. I found one! I will dive deeper into that one.

I will then review a new equity pick I made. Why did I buy that? The fundamentals of it. Do your own research.
