DisastrousToronto Real Estate Update: September 2024

Toronto real estate market continues to stay flat. Home sales do not go back to the moon. How's the Toronto real estate market doing? September was actually slower than August. That's not good for home sellers with their houses up on the MLS right now.
Home buyers are either not able to qualify or are just not ready to jump back into the real estate market. Bank of Canada's 3 rate cuts have not boosted the housing market.
Home sales for all big 5 regions on the Toronto MLS were down compared to August.
