Medical Properties Trust stock, ticker symbol MPW.

This stock is down 13% year to date. Which is an insane drop of course. But since my last video about a month ago, things have changed.

Most people love MPW stock because of the dividends, but they cut the dividend not too long ago. And what worries me even more is that there is still no declared dividend for the next dividend. And let me tell you this, it doesn’t look any good and it might end up in a full dividend cut. But more in that later in the video.
