How I Avoided A Lot of Drama Not Renting my Commercial Property to this Company!

I know my channel has a lot of drama but I also avoid a lot of drama as well. Think how much drama I would have if we didn't screen tenants! Most of my issues with tenants and trentals are inherited tenants who come with the properties with buy.

This situation was a case where I did not rent to this tenant and I ma really glad I did not after seeing what happened. I go over the red flags and why we decided not to rent to them.
