Panelists Bios:
Jason Lee is a highly successful commercial broker and owner of JLM Real Estate in San Diego. He owns 120 doors and started his own brokerage at a young age. He has generated over $100 million in sales in the past 12 months. He is known for his expertise in the multifamily real estate industry and has helped over 50 investors in the area. He has been recognized as a 2020 30 under 30 National Association of Realtors Finalist, and his transactions have been featured in the San Diego Business Journal and Costar.com. Jason is known for his integrity and puts his clients' interests first. He also owns several apartment complexes himself, providing a unique perspective as both a broker and investor.

David Khadija has been a real estate investor for over a decade, and his portfolio includes the gamut of properties around the country: single-family, short-term rentals, large multi-family, syndications, warehouse, and vacant land. His extensive experience has included a variety of creative solutions to deals, funding, management, and operations. David has been in Operations Management for over 24 years. The last 10 years has been in the Self-Storage Industry with the largest REIT in the U.S. He's syndicated over 500+ doors in his time.

Henish Pulickal is a highly experienced professional in the real estate industry with over 19 years of experience. He has held various roles including underwriting, sales, servicing, management, and consulting for major banks in the US. He became a realtor in 2009 and a broker in 2017. He currently serves as the CEO of The California Home Company (CalHomeCo) and CalHomeCo Construction, which includes a partnership of real estate, investment, and general contracting companies. Throughout his career, Henish has been involved in over $1 billion in mortgages and real estate transactions. He is known for his dedication to serving clients as a trusted advisor and partner in all aspects of real estate, construction, and loan-related matters.

Mike Imbriglio brings over 8 years of construction and real estate experience in Southern CA, Texas, and the East Coast. He’s always had a passion for creating a space someone can call home. Mike continues to do design and project managing consulting for homeowners and contractors. His goal for SAMI is to create a unique buying, selling, and educational experience for homeowners to empower themselves to make the best decisions regarding real estate ownership.

Steve Anderson is the Co-founder and C.O.O of SAMI R.E.I. A real estate investment firm originally started in San Diego, California. Steve actively contributes to the growth of the company with another partner, and an amazing team. Born and raised in San Diego California he has come from a Sales and Entrepreneurial background. Having experience in team lead management and oversight of growth and loss mitigation from an executive standpoint over the past decade has assisted heavily in the investment venture. Since the inception of SAMI R.E.I he has been focusing on property fix and flips, buy and holds, assignments and creative finance.
