A basic overview of terms and approaches to buy and sell multifamily properties. Target Audience is realtors with no investment experience looking to understand generally how small multifamily apartment buildings are sold. Includes basic terminology.

The original target audience for this presentation was to be released to REAL Broker internally, the schedule for that has slowed, and the presentation was used to train new team members, very casually, with a recording taken for team members who were unable to be present.
