As multifamily investors, it's incumbent on us to keep abreast of industry trends, news, and economic data to have an accurate view of what's happening now and what's likely to happen in the near future. Just as pilots flying across country have to check their gauges and listen to flight coordinators in order to navigate the skies, we have to pay special attention to what others are seeing and saying. Every few months however, we come across an economic or housing update that really gets our gears turning. This month, it was a series of webinars put on by Apartments.com, one of the largest providers of real estate data and the largest listing website for multifamily apartments.
