Realty Income Stock Has CRASHED: Time to BUY, SELL, or HOLD The REIT?

Realty Income has long been one of the most popular REITs on the market, and a gold standard within the sector. All of this has been warranted given the consistent results investors have enjoyed over the years.

In addition to paying a MONTHLY dividend, Realty Income has increased their earnings for 26 out of 27 years. However, the stock is down 15% on the year, and appears to be trading at a greta valuation, but is the stock a BUY, HOLD, or SELL? We will discuss my viewpoint in the video today.
