SVB Failure & The Effect On Real Estate

At this point… you’ve heard the news about the Silicon Valley Bank failure, and the bank run that occurred over the weekend.

This is BIG news… this is the 2nd biggest bank failure in US history. This is historic. But… what does this all mean? Does this have any effect on the real estate industry?

Honestly, probably not.
