It is the first time we will build and sale. If you are interested in learning more about the buying and development process keep watching! Whether you build two units or 32 units the process is the same. Find a good deal in a good location then buy for the right price. Don't be afraid to negotiations. I always start my offers very low. A lot of Youtubers and self proclaimed "gurus" tell you 16 units or more, but the truth is it is a building process. At 18 I started real estate investing and by 30 I am expanding at a rapid pace.
