According to CONTI Capital's latest report, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston are the Texas metros that have been named among the best cities in the U.S. for multifamily real estate investment in the first half of 2023. Dallas-Fort Worth is expected to be one of the top areas in the country to invest in multifamily housing due to job growth and employment increase, as well as its resilient and diverse workforce.

Austin ranks at No. 3 with its exponential growth fueled by the tech boom in "Silicon Hills," and Houston secures the No. 7 spot with its diversified industry growth and high rate of household formation, driven in part by a large millennial population.
