Best High Yield Dividend Stocks and Best REITS 2023: Arbor Realty Trust ( ABR Stock I Stock Analysis

In this video, I reveal to you one of my best high yield dividend stocks / REITs. This real estate investment trust ( REIT ) is known as Arbor Realty Trust. ABR stock has received some backlash from the NINGI Resarch Report and Arbor Realtry Trust countered NINGI Research on their website in the investor relations section. I love this high-yield reit and this is one of my favorite dividend stocks to buy for 2023 due to it keeping up with the S&P 500 and having a high-dividend yield with a suprising dividend growth history. This is a cheap stock and one of the cheapest stocks / cheapest dividend stocks to buy right now. I am going to take the risk with this REIT and one of the highest paying dividend stocks.
