BREAKING:  Accused plotters of September 11 attacks agree to plead guilty

The man accused of plotting the attacks of September 11 and two of his accomplices have reached a plea agreement in the military commissions process, the Pentagon announced. The three men have been held at a prison in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, for over 20 years.
