California's economy and housing market continues to crash in 2023 as people keep leaving the state. And home prices keep going down.
New data from the US Census Bureau shows that California lost another 200k people in 2022. And since 2019 the state has lost more than 1 Million people due to outbound migration.
All these people leaving California is pushing home prices down. Data from Redfin Shows that California metros like Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Jose, and Anaheim have seen home prices go down the most.
