Europe's Tariff Threats Are Disrespectful, Lutnick Says

President Donald Trump threatened to put a 200% tariff European wine, champagne and other alcoholic beverages if the EU follows through with a tax on US whiskey. US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick says Trump finds this "tit-for-tat" abusive and disrespectful. Lutnick says the goal is to rebalance American trade. He speaks on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
