Twenty years ago, private equity wasn’t a “thing”. In 2022, even people who aren’t involved in the investment world throw the term around. I was in the dark about a lot of these questions until I spoke with Avi Krispine, Partner at Claria. Partner at the newer firm that is developing hundreds of rental- and condo units across the city, Avi tells us about how he started Claria. He explains how private equity investing works in the Real Estate field.
