Dave discussed how he narrows down his current contacts to a select group of people and then breaks down the communication that should go out to those people and the timing of that communication.

Dave also goes through a high level presentation that he would use to show a potentially interested investor and what should be included in that presentation.

From there it's about creating credibility through the way you present yourself and the perception of your real estate investing business and the tips you can use to improve that.

After you've got investors interested in what you do and feeling strongly about your credibility, you now need to make sure you are delivering consistent, quality messaging to them on a regular basis.

And finally, once you have successful partners in your system you want to capture their testimonials for working with you as a partner.
