HUGE Changes Happening in the Arizona Housing Market

HUGE changes happening to the Arizona housing market! For example, in late April 2023, the number of homes for sale in Arizona increased by 79% year-over-year. However, that has changed drastically because now Arizona’s housing inventory is DOWN 37% year-over-year as of late July 2023. Also, there’s 53% fewer homes for sale in the state compared to the same time period in 2019 (pre-COVID).

Additionally, the share of price reductions is above the nation’s average (38% in Arizona versus 34% nationwide). This is based on data from AltosResearch.com.
