Loan Deterioration Worse than SubPrime Mortgage Crisis While First Set of April Housing Market Data Arrives Mixed

Credit conditions are now tightening faster than they did during the subprime mortgage crisis, and all eyes are now on the Federal Reserve's Senior Loan Officer survey set to be released next week. Should that report come in worse than -10 that would equal an unambiguous credit crunch and lead to severe turbulence in the US economy.

We also have the newest housing market data just released by Realtor com, we analyze the changes in home prices by the national peak back in June to the end of last month, and we also look at year over year prices.
