Real estate services firm: Revamped REITs to boost property growth in PH | ANC Highlights

The Philippines could see Real Estate Investment Trusts, or REITs, take off this year. Philippine Stock Exchange Director Vivian Yuchengco says the implementing rules and regulations of the REIT law may be approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission in September or October this year. For real estate services firm, JLL Philippines, this will help spur investment activity in the property sector.
