Redfin just announced that they will be slashing prices to get homes sold that they own. Why, and how will this affect the Arizona Real Estate Market?

Well, they are no longer going to be buying homes to flip them as well as they will be laying off 13% of their workforce.

Now Redfin does not own as many homes in the Arizona Real Estate Market as other iBuyers but it will still have an impact.
