The UK Housing Market is being PARALYSED by unrealistic ASKING PRICES as both SELLERS and ESTATE AGENTS REFUSE to accept that UK house prices are FALLING rapidly! The UK housing market crash may have started last year, however, according to Rightmove asking prices for new listings are still above the market peak.

This shocking disconnect between inflated asking prices and falling actual house prices has led housing to a large drop in property transaction levels.

The property market is stalling as sellers continue to stubbornly refuse to reduce the price of their home or price it realistically to begin with.

Buyers are aware that house prices have been falling through 2023 so they rightly being very cautious of paying inflated asking prices.

I have been making UK house price predictions since I sold my house last year and I still firmly believe that the UK property market is going to experience a house price crash that will be a lot bigger than many people believe is possible.
