Toronto has among the lowest property tax rate in all of Canada: real estate expert

John Pasalis, president and broker of Realosophy Realty, joins BNN Bloomberg to react to the proposal put forth by Toronto city staff to raise property taxes 10.5 per cent in 2024. He says at the end of the day, property taxes are quite low in the city of Toronto and it could result in an average $30 monthly increase for households.
