Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Alex worked for General Electric, in their Financial Management Program.

Before starting his first business, Alex backpacked around Europe for 3 ½ months. He visited 23 Countries and 51 Cities!

Alex started wholesaling and flipping single-family homes in Miami in 2005 and has closed north of 700 transactions. He has also founded and led high-level Mastermind communities for Entrepreneurs who want to experience a better life and business.

In 2020, he transitioned from houses to Storage and currently owns 3 Storage facilities in Florida and Mississippi, totaling 104,000 net rentable square feet.

Alex has combined his experience Coaching entrepreneurs, with his knowledge of owning & operating Storage Facilities, and is now focused on helping anyone purchase their first cash-flowing Storage Facility within 6 months, without having any experience, or needing any of their own money!

He is the host of the Flip Empire Show, a top-rated Apple podcast designed to help anyone achieve freedom and personalized lifestyle design through Real Estate Investing / Entrepreneurship.

The show was launched in 2016, features industry thought leaders and covers a variety of topics like entrepreneurship, real estate investing, marketing, team building, systems and automation, personal development, vision building, lifestyle, and more.
