WEEKLY UPDATE: Las Vegas Real Estate Market is ON FIRE Again!

This is an update to the Las Vegas real estate market for March 2023. The housing market is getting hot as home prices are starting to rise again. The number of homes for sale in the Las Vegas area is plummeting to record low numbers again. We are already well below the normal number of homes that are usually available for purchase.

Las Vegas home prices have been appreciating in recent years but it looks like that will stall this year.
