In this video, we're discussing how to buy free rentals using other people's money. We share a real estate deal where we purchased a property for $79,000 cash from a private money lender, spent $20,000 fixing it up, and then refinanced with a DSCR loan. The property appraised for $192,000 and is currently renting for $1750 a month. We were able to pay off the private money lender and recoup our initial investment, and now have a stabilized cash flowing rental using the BRRRR strategy.
