✅ Single Family 🏠 & Condo data for the week of 1/16/2023!
✅ We are talking Interest rates, tracking distressed (foreclosures) properties for sale in Massachusetts, looking at some foreclosure data and viewing the Luxury Home of the week!

➡️ Single Family 🏡 Market Data Week over Week ⬅️
✅ Single Family inventory of 3,339 homes available to buyers with 549 🏠 homes coming on the market this week.
✅ 608 Single Family homes went under agreement with 404 Single Families 💰 selling for an average price of $640k and a Median Price of $512k.
✅ Months of Inventory 🔼 increased to 1.13 months from 1.11 months last week. 

➡️ Condo Market Data Week over Week ⬅️
✅ Condo inventory in Massachusetts on 📅 1/16 was 1,804 condos available to buyers with 300 newly listed condos coming on the market last week. 
✅ 288 Condos went under agreement with 157 Condos 💰 selling for an average price of $605k and a Median Price of $490k.
✅ Months of Inventory 📈 increased to 1.60 months this week compared to 1.56 months last week.
