Christine Harris is a young accomplished professional of extraordinary achievement. She was born in Berkeley, CA, and raised in San Bernardino. She graduated from Cajon HS in 2001. She earned her Psychiatric Technology certificate in 2007 from San Bernardino Valley College.

Christine has worked for the State of California for 13 years. In 2014 started her own investment company called CH Investments LLC in which she purchases distressed properties throughout Southern California and renovates them. Her company motto is "Changing the community one home at a time." To date has 13 properties in her portfolio. Her most recent project is an event center which is in the Redlands Tri-Center called Venue 38. She is a proud member of the Kiwanis Club and San Bernardino’s Black Chamber of Commerce. She is excited to give back to her community, thankful for all the people that have assisted her in her incredible journey thus far.

Thomas F Chappell Jr. has been working in the real estate investment business for more than 10 years, mastering his skills and helping himself and his team achieve their real estate goals. Throughout his journey he has done several deals within the Inland Empire. Thomas F Chappell Jr. has many years of experience in flipping and in investing in Southern California. His goal is to share his knowledge and experience, along with his trials and errors, to help others achieving their RE goals.

Thomas, is a place where all people have the same opportunities to learn how to invest in real estate and to build wealth.

Thomas, as a Black Investor, wanted to create this space to be inclusive of all those looking to make their mark in real estate. Thomas has shown that with hard work and determination, anyone can achieve
