Will Fort Myers Beach Housing Market SKYROCKET After Hurricane Ian?

Time will tell if the Fort Myers Beach real estate market will significantly rise in the future. Due to the devastation of hurricane Ian, many will be left to sell due to FEMA 5050 and not elect or even be able to rebuild. And many will not rebuild within the especially commercial sector like all the hotels, restaurants, and retail buildings that got wiped out. This leaves room for larger developers like the newly introduced Margaritaville which is under construction on the north end of Fort Myers Beach.
