So many people pass on the opportunity to invest in mobile homes and forget that they are real estate and they make money. For a long time I would only wholesale mobile homes but then I thought about how much cashflow they could produce and instead of wholesaling real estate I decided to become a landlord. Finding good wholesale real estate deals can sometimes be tough, but with a little effort you can find great real estate investments like I have. Even though the housing market is collapsing and the recession is starting to show, there are still great wholesale real estate investments available, you just have to look for them.
