This was a very tough video for me to make.

When I was purchasing my first property almost 20 years ago, I had the choice between choosing a condo in an "A" location with more financial risk, and requiring more work, and a property in a "B" location that was close to home, and kept me in my comfort zone.

I chose to stay in my comfort zone and went with Property B. And I just discovered what that decision ultimately ended up costing me - it's a lot!

The reason I'm sharing this video is so that you can learn from my mistakes as a first-time buyer, sometimes we need to look past the shiny toy that keeps us in our comfort zone, and push our own boundaries to make the better long-term decision.
