NO Money Needed To Buy Your First Investment Property! | Flipping Houses at 18 Years Old

At 18 years old I was motivated and anxious to buy my first house flip. I didn't know where the money will come and how I will do it but I knew I WANTED it.

At 12 years old I was flipping electronics, then at 15 years old moved to flipping cars and at 18 years old I began flipping houses. I bought my first house in cash at the foreclosure auctions for $105,000 with investors money (not mine). I put my entire life savings as collateral ($20,000) for the investor to show that I was confident in the flipping business. If any money was going to be lost, it was mine. That was how I pitched the deal to every investor until I got one to agree.

Things where scary, I had no experience or knowledge nor someone to guide or help me. Nobody in my family was ever involved in real estate and I was forced to outsource anyone and anything I can to get the knowledge.
