Top 5 Real Estate Investor Lessons for 2022

2022 has been a very interesting year for real estate investing. Skyrocketing sale prices and low rates to higher rates and low inventory. As of the early summer things began to shift in the market; fast forward to record rate hikes, more inventory and higher prices made it very difficult for investors to navigate. Looking back over this year and heading into 2023 here are some things I picked up on and wanted to share about the real estate market here in Memphis TN as a real estate consultant, realtor and active investor.
