Ugly Triplex Remodel is Almost Complete! Before and After

This is a triplex I bought from a wholesaler last year for $290,000. It was rented at the time for about $600 for each unit. The property was a mess and the tenants started paying later and later and later so we decided to offer them cash for keys to leave which they accepted. We started on the remodel a couple of months ago and it is almost done! The new rents should be in the $1,100 to $1,300 range which could raise the value to $500,000 or more.

We will have more videos of this property after it is done and rented. I may sell it or keep it once it is done.
