In this video, i reveal to you a High-Yield Dividend Stock, which is a Real Estate Investment Trust ( REIT or REITs) that I sold. It is a cheap dividend stock and cheap stocks with a high dividend yield can be red flags for dividend traps or dividend yield traps. This REIT has had very slow dividend growth rate trends and it was time to sell this REIT for other REITs.
