San Diego Market Watch - Real Estate Update For May 25, 2023

Let's check out what's happened in the San Diego real estate market over the past week!

Housing inventory has been on a slight upward trend since last month. For the second week in a row, the number of new listings has exceeded pending sales by a narrow margin. Closed sales continued to dip, which corresponds to a drop in new listings last month.

This week, interest rates edged up slightly. Many industry experts are predicting that rates will trend down over the next several weeks.
