Is Now the Time to Invest in CRE?

Alongside declining CRE investment sales, recent data on the multifamily market shows weaker rent growth than expected for this time of year, but positive signs for the market continue to accumulate: Apartment construction is slowing, and absorption numbers have been extremely high—but not high enough to match the record amount of apartments entering the market.
