3 separate homes, in three completely different parts of the world, all came to market recently with a combined asking price of around $750 million dollars. First up, a 13,000 square foot waterfront compound in Key Biscayne, Florida that was once Richard Nixon's Winter White House, was later built by a convicted smuggler for the Cartel, was used as a filming location for Scarface in 1982, and is now listed for $237 million by a hedge fund manager. Then there's Bat Sheba's Palace in Caesarea, Israel... a 73,700 square foot Mediterranean estate bigger than the White House, covered in 14 karat gold leaf, owned by a Russian billionaire , asking $210 million. And finally, Little Lake Lodge in Aspen, Colorado, 74 acres, a private lake stocked with trout, a custom oxygen system because the owners kept getting altitude sickness, and an asking price of $300 million. Today we are going through all three, who owns them, and the stories behind these crazy listings.
