The very local aspect of the Canadian real estate market is why it can be so hard for governments to craft policy for the "Canadian" real estate market. Being from Regina, me and my team specialize in the Regina real estate market and have a much different approach and outlook on Canadian real estate than a REALTOR® from a larger market like Toronto or Vancouver.
