Florida Prices Freeze | Listings Hit 5 YEAR HIGHS!

Florida home values are sliding across the state. Some areas much faster than others. The newest data reveals strong declines year over year in areas that have been holding steady until this point in 2025. Now, in a drastic reversal, places like Sarasota have seen the supply of properties for sale do a full 180 rapidly. Meanwhile, many sellers are having trouble keeping up with the shifting market while some values seem to change week to week as more and more properties close at lower prices.
