I read the 108 page proposed NAR settlement and found a HUGE LOOPHOLE

The National Association of Realtors announced they reached a proposed settlement with the plaintiffs in the bombshell commission lawsuit known as Sitzer Burnett. But is there a huge loophole that will allow for co-operating compensation that in the end will make no substantive change in the marketplace.
