Happy Halloween quick update on the market

698 Units Sold

We have had a great deal of action on our current listings with offers on 3 different properties and one buyer sale all cash 10% below original asking got accepted! And showings with talks of offers on 2 other listings. Were pushing to hammer another two deals this week.


This is another dark horse in the we need to pay attention to regarding the health of our battered real estate market, Its mortgage renewals from one boom bust cycle to another. The 2017 the 5 year mortgage contracts are up and ready for renewal.
