Sometimes you find a cheap house that looks like a great deal, whether it be an off market property or a tax sale. For the average investor, or a newbie investor, you probably won't want to buy a house like this. In my case, I think I could negotiate the price down and make it out okay. This house has too many structural issues for most people to want to deal with, but if you're experienced, you could try something like this out!
