We'll assess your home and find out what you need to do to ensure that you get top dollar for your home and assess what improvements if any will bring you the most return on your investment.

In general terms. We first want to take a look at the condition of your home and take care of the things that might cause a buyer to give you a low ball offer. That would be things as simple as pressure, washing the exterior, cleaning up the yard, making sure your crawl space is clear, debris and dry next. We'll take a look at your roof and your gutters. Do they need attention or are they in great shape? This is the Northwest. It gets Mossy.

We'll move on to the home systems. Has the H VAC been recently serviced are all the appliances in good working condition. Do you have windows with broken seals or missing screens are floor coverings in good shape. How's the paint, is it dirty? Chipping? The list goes on and on. Once we've addressed the home's condition, we'll sit down and analyze what improvements you might make to your home to ensure that it stands out against the competition.

And that is actually gonna vary from neighborhood to neighborhood. It's not as easy as a broad stroke answer on what that might be without seeing your home. An example might be if your kitchen hasn't been updated recently to paint the cabinets, add a nice backsplash to really bring a fresh appealing look to the kitchen without spending a lot of money. However, taking that same example, if you're in a neighborhood of luxury homes, then a different approach might be warranted.

There are a ton of variables. One of the challenges homeowners can face is a limited budget. We can work within your budget and make the improvements that are most urgent and if needed. I have a large list of vendors who will make repairs and improvements with no upfront costs and taking payment at the closing from the seller's proceeds.

Now there's further things that we would have to discuss and obviously, there's bound to be a challenge. I have yet to meet a challenge that my team and I couldn't overcome.
