• Select “My Requests”
• Under “Property”, “Use CPF for my property”

📌To make partial payments off your CPF Property Usage follow these steps:
• Log in to our CPF website with your SingPass
• Select “My Requests”
• Under “Property”, select “Make a Housing Refund with Cash”
• Click “Start”
• Select the property, key in a refund amount, and click “Next”
